This role is crucial for assisting the Partnership Management department in meticulously executing partner relationships and ensuring deliverables are met, contributing to the team’s success and ongoing impact in sports, entertainment, and culture.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist: Day-to-day management of partner relationships and deliverables for the team.
• Liaise: With vendors and internal partners, such as Building and Ticket Operations, to execute various partnership needs and activations.
• Create: Deliverable trackers to help ensure flawless execution of partnership agreements.
• Prepare: Proof of performance recaps and documents to share with partners and track department success.
• Contribute: Creative thinking to the overall department goals within partnership management.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a robust work ethic, focusing on organization and attention to detail.
• Experience: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. The ability to work collaboratively and independently is required.
• Skills: Highly organized, extraordinary attention to detail, strong collaboration, time management, excellent writing, and research skills.
• Bonus: Prior internship experience is preferred. Must have the ability to provide reliable self-transportation to and from various events and work locations as required.
