• Team: Global Marketing Development Program, rotating through various marketing and sales functions before joining North America Marketing teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects across international hubs and brand management rotations throughout the 2-year program.
• Learn how products are sold to retailers, developing analytical and storytelling skills while analyzing data for commercial effectiveness during sales office rotations.
• Understand global business operations, interact with international teams, and build strategic thinking skills by helping manage global brand equities within a global marketing rotation.
• Gain hands-on experience in brand management, the 5Ps of marketing, and project manage various marketing processes and operations during North America brand rotations.
• Identify growth opportunities and practice strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities within brand management initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program with an intended graduation of Spring 2027.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years prior experience with key involvement in business analysis and cross-functional project management; demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools with a demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions; strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration; exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Bonus: Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry; experience presenting to senior leadership; proven adaptability, agility, and resilience in driving results within dynamic environments.
