The Tone:
This is a full-time early career management trainee program at L’Oréal, with hybrid work located in New York, NY, Clearwater, FL, or El Segundo, CA. • Mission: This person owns day-to-day digital or e-commerce responsibilities and leads strategic projects to drive digital transformation and brand growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Own: Day-to-day digital or e-commerce responsibilities, from consumer insights to campaign execution, for one of L’Oréal’s 40+ brands.
• Lead: Strategic projects from initial insight gathering to final recommendation, presenting findings directly to senior leadership.
• Collaborate: Cross-functionally with departments such as Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, Research & Innovation, and Sales to build comprehensive brand business acumen.
• Develop: And optimize e-commerce strategies across digital platforms including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Sephora.com, and direct-to-consumer sites.
• Plan: Execute, and analyze performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and programmatic media channels to drive digital reach and engagement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any field, with graduation anticipated between December 2026 and July 2027. This is an Entry-Level role for ambitious students.
• Experience: Ability to commence full-time employment in September 2027 upon graduation. No prior industry experience is required for this program.
• Skills: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time permanently without sponsorship now or in the future; demonstrated academic achievement with a minimum 3.5 GPA; willingness to relocate to one of L’Oréal’s U.S. hubs: New York, NY, Clearwater, FL, or El Segundo, CA.
• Bonus: Active participation in the BRANDSTORM youth innovation competition to showcase entrepreneurial spirit.
