The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Newrez, participating in a 12-month rotational leadership-development program designed for recent college graduates. Newrez brings together thinkers and doers to make home happen, operating as a residential mortgage company committed to superior service and simple processes. This role is crucial for strengthening the future leadership of the company by building a foundational understanding of process improvement, presentation, and leadership skills. It offers hands-on experience and mentorship to develop practical leadership and management capabilities.

• Team: Marketing TRAIL Operations Specialist within the TRAIL Program, reporting to experienced personnel.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Define and manage strategy projects or new product launches, setting clear objectives and ensuring project scope is maintained.
• Planning & Coordination: Develop comprehensive project management plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, while coordinating extended teams.
• Strategic Business Development: Gain a detailed understanding of the customer base, competitive landscape, and market, then recommend and execute improvements to the overall marketing approach.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough business analyses and provide actionable recommendations to leadership for improving business and process changes.
• Process Improvement: Help champion the Process Improvement discipline within the organization and actively implement necessary steps and tools for project completion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Marketing, Data Analytics, or Finance, suitable for recent college graduates.
• Experience: An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience in real-world account management scenarios, including homeowner interaction and decision-making, while assisting with new product launches and growth strategies.
• Skills: Highly developed organizational and project/time-management skills, strong quantitative analysis ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an entrepreneurial business mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, HTML, PowerPoint, and Visio, along with an understanding of multiple brand structures and rules for enforcing uniformity.
