The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Google, located in California. Google develops a wide range of consumer and business products, including everyday tools like Gmail and Search, and critical platforms such as Android and Google Marketing Platform. This role is central to shaping the online presentation and growth of Google’s hardware, subscriptions, and services, ensuring an optimal shopping experience for users on the Google Store. It involves guiding products from strategy through launch, focusing on the user and how technology solves their problems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Merchandising: Develop site presentation and product merchandising for hardware, subscriptions, and services to optimize the online shopping experience.
• Expertise: Act as the expert for specific hardware categories including watches, hearables, accessories, and phones to address consumer, business, and brand needs.
• Content Creation: Lead the creation of launch content, modules, and landing pages with a shopper-centric approach to effectively highlight products.
• Strategy: Formulate impactful Go-to-Market strategies and site content for new product launches and brand-driving campaigns using data tools and AI.
• Collaboration: Partner with Creative, UX, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams to promote the portfolio and ensure a seamless, optimized consumer journey.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with core domain knowledge in marketing.
• Experience: 4 years of experience in marketing across fields such as digital marketing, product marketing, growth, or go-to-market strategy, alongside experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Skills: Online merchandising best practices, e-commerce metrics, data and detail-oriented approach, content management systems.
• Bonus: Experience supporting the creation of digital experiences for complex products and product portfolios, and facility with AI tools.
