This is a full-time management trainee program at L’Oréal, located in New York, NY, Clearwater, FL, or El Segundo, CA. What You’ll Actually Do
• Own: Day-to-day digital or e-commerce responsibilities, ranging from consumer insights to campaign execution, for one of L’Oréal’s 40+ brands.
• Lead: Strategic projects from initial insight gathering to final recommendation, presenting outcomes directly to senior leaders.
• Collaborate: Cross-functionally with various departments including Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, and Sales to understand their impact on brand business.
• Build: Real business acumen through direct work alongside brand managers within the beauty industry.
• Sharpen: Essential skills in presentation, analytics, leadership, and strategic thinking applicable to a wide range of career paths.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree; Entry-Level. An ambitious student enrolled in a 4-year college/university, graduating December 2026 – July 2027.
• Experience: No prior industry experience required. Must be able to start full-time in September 2027 upon graduation.
• Skills: Curious, trend-driven thinker; legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time, permanently, without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bonus: Minimum 3.5 GPA; willingness to relocate to one of L’Oréal’s U.S. hubs.
