What You’ll Actually Do
• Brand Responsibilities: Own day-to-day brand responsibilities, encompassing a wide range of activities from translating consumer data into brand positioning and campaign strategy, to supporting new product development from concept to shelf for one of L’Oréal’s 40+ brands.
• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead strategic projects from initial insight gathering and competitive analysis through to final recommendation, presenting findings directly to senior leaders to inform brand decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments, including Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, Operations, and Sales, to understand how each function contributes to and shapes a brand’s overall business performance.
• Integrated Campaign Execution: Help bring multi-channel marketing plans to life across paid, owned, and earned media, and gain hands-on exposure to developing short-form video, social content, and campaign assets for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Skill Enhancement & Network Building: Sharpen critical professional skills in presentation, analytics, leadership, and strategic thinking, while building a powerful professional network through executive networking and social programming.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An ambitious student enrolled in a 4-year college/university, on track to graduate between December 2026 and July 2027, making this an Early-Level career opportunity.
• Experience: No prior industry experience is explicitly required. Candidates must be able to start full-time in September 2027 upon graduation and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time, permanently, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: A minimum 3.5 GPA is a firm requirement. Candidates must demonstrate a curious, trend-driven mindset and be willing to relocate to one of L’Oréal’s U.S. hubs: New York, NY, Clearwater, FL, or El Segundo, CA.
