What You’ll Actually Do
• Artist Development: Collaborate with Astound Us artists to develop and create marketable and saleable work.
• Client Connection: Make the connection between artists and clients for new project opportunities.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Client Relationship Management: Look after an existing group of clients following initial training.
• Business Development: Engage in new business development to expand the client base.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess a strong passion for illustration, with an interest in art and illustration that extends to formal education. Publishing or sales experience is a definite advantage.
• Experience: Open to recent graduates or individuals demonstrating transferable skills. Proficiency with Mac systems and social media platforms is required.
• Skills: Fluent in English; Possesses a creative eye; Excellent communicator, skilled in negotiation, sales, empathy, and rebuttal; Capable of multi-tasking independently and within a team; Highly organized; Proactive in making things happen independently.
• Bonus: Comfortable with solo travel, potentially involving multiple weekends, for worldwide events and meet-ups.
