What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage in learning: Participate in world-class programming, receiving practical feedback and developing foundational knowledge in entertainment marketing and brand partnerships.
• Contribute to projects: Work directly alongside Agents and Executives across various departments, actively contributing to real-world projects that shape and influence the entertainment industry.
• Build professional relationships: Gain direct access to a global agency network, connecting with industry leaders and peers to cultivate lasting professional relationships and collaborations.
• Develop client solutions: Apply creative strategy to elevate brands and identify fresh solutions for client challenges, helping them build lasting connections with audiences.
• Manage assignments: Effectively manage complex assignments and balance multiple priorities to meet client needs and perform well under tight deadlines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must be a recent or upcoming graduate, with graduation completed before the program start date. Possess a sincere curiosity and ambition for entertainment and branding, eager to build a meaningful career in supporting talent and brands.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage complex assignments and perform effectively under tight deadlines, evidenced through internships, relevant coursework, or projects.
• Skills:
• Strong Communication: Clearly articulate ideas in writing, presentations, and conversations, maintaining a client-focused approach.
• Organizational Excellence: Effectively manage multiple tasks, balance competing priorities, and consistently meet client needs in demanding environments.
