What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Shop Operations: Oversee the daily function of the Team Six shop, including managing inventory, handling transactions, and monitoring daily operations.
• Team Member Development: Train and provide follow-up development for Team Six shop team members in all job responsibilities, fostering a positive work environment.
• Inventory Control: Complete all inventory control functions, including monitoring inventory levels, ordering product, and routinely checking locker room unit counts.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce all Park and Department policies, issue corrective action for attendance or performance, and coordinate team member break times.
• Operational Support: Maintain shop appearance, ensure knowledge of department uniform requirements, assist with PPE item washing, and complete opening/closing checklists.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum 18 years of age.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, and the ability to understand and navigate databases.
• Skills: Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities; professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude; strong teamwork skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
