The Tone:
This is a full-time, two-year rotational program at Bank of America, with in-office presence required in Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; or Jacksonville, FL. • Team: Supports the Line of Business and various internal partners.
• Mission: To assist the Line of Business in delivering on priorities by supporting initiatives and strategies within a two-year development program for veterans.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Management: Develops and maintains effective working relationships with clients, business partners, internal team members, and external contacts relevant to the line of business.
• Tactical Support: Performs a variety of duties, adapting to changing tasks and workloads to support various business operations.
• Initiative Delivery: Supports numerous activities including project management, data management, statistical analysis, and reporting to achieve strategic objectives.
• Program Engagement: Attends all Military Development Program events designed to foster teamwork and corporate development.
• Project Participation: Contributes to highly visible projects that may impact clients and associates across the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a U.S. Military veteran who served as a Junior Military Officer, Warrant Officer, or Non-commissioned Officer with an honorable discharge, within 24 months of Active Duty separation, or a currently drilling National Guard/Reservist. Requires a 3.0 GPA or greater from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Demonstrated effective leadership, including coaching others, strong analytical abilities, and a proven capacity to build team relationships through communication and collaboration. Must be able to apply new learnings and adapt to evolving information.
• Skills: Business Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Risk Management.
• Bonus: Ability to execute tasks effectively under changing or ambiguous circumstances and to work collaboratively within a business environment.
