What You’ll Actually Do
• Safety Leadership: Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the people around you.
• Team Development: Coach, develop, and influence various manufacturing or warehouse teams to foster improvement.
• Operational Analysis: Apply analytical thinking through qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify and resolve problems.
• Project Support: Contribute to various project management lifecycle activities, including business case analysis, requirements, and deployment.
• Process Learning: Learn the Tropicana Brands Group Operations framework through placements in Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality, and Transport Operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, or Business Management (other related majors considered); must be completing final year of undergraduate studies.
• Experience: Proven people or project leadership experience throughout academic career, plus previous experience in an operations environment (employment, internship, or academic clubs).
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective coaching, facilitation, and team building skills, and ability to work in an unstructured environment with quick decision-making.
• Bonus: Spanish language skills a plus.
