• Pay: $72500–$87500 yearly
• Mission: This person will learn the fundamentals of recycling operations, logistics, and commercial activities to support business success and customer relationships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Actively engage in a structured management development program designed to provide comprehensive business understanding.
• Operational Learning: Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of recycling and industrial operations, observing how facilities function.
• Material Flow Comprehension: Develop a deep understanding of the entire material lifecycle, from how materials are received, processed, and shipped, to how they are ultimately marketed.
• Relationship Building: Forge strong working relationships by visiting facilities, suppliers, and customer locations, and collaborating with employees and business partners.
• Business Support: Contribute to ongoing business initiatives by assisting with various projects, reporting tasks, and working alongside operations, commercial, and support teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position. Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within the local area as needed for training and business activities. Prior experience demonstrating strong work ethic and communication skills, such as internships, customer-facing roles, leadership positions, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or military service, is valuable.
• Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, initiative, and a genuine willingness to learn multiple aspects of the business, coupled with curiosity to take on new challenges.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
