• Pay: $50200–$55200 yearly
• Mission: Drive store performance and lead the team to success.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Development: Manage succession and workforce planning, including recruiting, hiring, training, establishing performance expectations, coaching, and recommending termination decisions for the store team.
• Training & Development: Facilitate the ongoing development of leaders and the store team by ensuring the delivery of all Company training programs.
• Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the District Manager and Sr Director of Regional Operations on P&L management, business plans, and budgets.
• Operational Leadership: Lead the store team in implementing best practices, measuring operational efficiencies, improving productivity, and achieving operational standards.
• Customer Experience: Implement Company initiatives to enhance the customer experience and foster a culture of coaching, engagement, and teamwork within the store.

• Background: Entry-level management position, suitable for ambitious and dedicated individuals committed to maintaining high standards of safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a team, with experience or a willingness to learn financial management, recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Bonus: Currently ServeSafe certified or willing to obtain certification.
