What You’ll Actually Do
• Safeguard: Serve and safeguard clients by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Patrol: Monitor and patrol assigned areas at busy public locations, completing routine rounds and maintaining a visible presence.
• Respond: Respond to reports of unusual activity, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Assist: Provide customer-focused assistance and customer service to clients.
• Document: Document security-related events and follow site procedures to support a more secure environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 21+ years of age for this armed-eligible role; 18+ for unarmed roles.
• Experience: 1+ years of security experience.
• Skills: Strong observational skills, clear communication, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to established procedures.
• Bonus: Comfort using a computer or tablet. Alarm panel experience. Access control and/or badge experience.
