What You’ll Actually Do
• Visitor Management: Professionally greet all visitors and contractors upon arrival.
• Customer Service: Maintain the highest standards of customer care in all interactions.
• Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative team tasks and additional support services.
• Client Engagement: Interact with clients both on-site and through phone communications.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety measures within the site.

• Background: Entry-Level. Foundational understanding of supporting Facilities Management (FM) services.
• Experience: Experience providing both front-of-house and back-office support within a site environment.
