What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Deliver customer service by executing security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Incident Management: Respond to incidents and critical situations using a calm, problem-solving approach.
• Patrols: Conduct routine and unannounced patrols around the business and its perimeter.
• Anchor Shift Commitment: Fulfill a required six-month commitment to a designated fixed weekly shift at an assigned site.
• Flexible Scheduling: Utilize the scheduling platform to claim additional shifts, allowing for increased earnings and diverse experience across multiple sites.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles, or 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Experience: A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
• Skills: Ability to provide customer service, problem-solve effectively, and respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
