What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Patrols: Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales areas, common areas, loading and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns.
• Incident Response: Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing alarms, disturbances, or calls for assistance and escalating to site leadership or emergency services as directed.
• Access Monitoring: Monitor access points and back-of-house areas, verify credentials as required, and assist with loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Documentation: Complete required shift documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports, communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles, and 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Experience: Have 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Skills: Exceptional customer service, clear communication, problem-solving, agility, and reliability.
