• Mission: This role supports the Global Sponsorships team in delivering first-class experiences and ensuring efficient, deadline-oriented operations through internal activation and storytelling.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Suite including Photoshop

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Support: Support operational projects and key resources across the Global Sponsorships team, including playbooks.
• Digital Content Creation: Assist with digital and social media strategy and execution, including syndicating partnership stories and simple video editing.
• Activation Alignment: Collaborate with activation leads to integrate digital activations into overall plans and utilize contractual assets effectively.
• Process Optimization: Standardize Global Sponsorships documentation templates and create process documentation for the global ticketing platform.
• Team Efficiency: Optimize internal team communication through consolidated documents and streamline cross-partner projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current university student or recent graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Sports & Entertainment, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Must be able to support this role full-time.
• Experience: Practical experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Suite, including Photoshop.
• Skills: Fluent in English, organized, detail-driven, responsive, and able to multi-task effectively. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, proactivity, and troubleshooting abilities.
