What You’ll Actually Do
• Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision-makers within all asset classes and sectors of targeted markets.
• Drive Sponsorship Sales: Conduct in-depth prospecting research to source and confirm participation of sponsors for both digital and in-person events.
• Generate New Business: Consistently prospect new business to build a strong pipeline for the senior-level sales team and respond to all inbound leads.
• Support Event Programs: Assist the event production department in building sponsor-friendly programs that align with client interests and constantly brainstorm fresh, relevant topic ideas.
• Manage Performance & CRM: Understand individual and team KPIs, striving to exceed them daily, weekly, and monthly, and accurately document all daily activities in Salesforce CRM.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level sales professional with an interest in commercial real estate advertising and event sales.
• Experience: 0-2 years of sales experience, including experience gained through internships, coursework, or early professional roles; available to start on July 6th, 2026.
• Skills: Innate hustle, raw intelligence, and infectious enthusiasm; ability to demonstrate an entrepreneurial yet disciplined mindset, creative yet organized work-ethic, and an ambitious yet humble attitude; capability to learn fast and understand new digital and event products; demonstrated experience excelling in a group or team environment; a strong interest in the commercial real estate industry, media, and digital marketing solutions; receptive to feedback and capable of working in a high-energy, frequently-changing sales environment.
• Bonus: A strong interest in growing into an externally facing sales role or similar position working closely with clients.
