Sales Leadership Development Associate (24-month Rotational Program) | Mondelēz International

The Tone:
This is a full-time, 24-month rotational program located throughout the U.S., with a start date of July 26th, 2027. What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Learning: Engage in a formal, 24-month rotational program designed to provide broad exposure across various key functions within the Sales organization.
• Core Sales Experiences: Acquire comprehensive working knowledge of essential sales areas, including direct selling, people and account management, insights and analytics, customer development, and sales planning.
• Career Planning: Construct a strong personal development and formal career plan with continuous guidance and dedicated support from mentors and senior leaders.
• Professional Networking: Actively form a robust network of supporters and gain valuable exposure through networking opportunities with senior leaders and advocates.
• Skill Enhancement: Hone critical leadership capabilities and analytical skills through dynamic, hands-on experiences and established professional relationships within the program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: Possess strong leadership potential and demonstrated student leadership experience; must hold work authorization that does not currently or in the future require sponsorship for U.S. employment (e.g., H1-B, F-1 OPT, TN visa); must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong cognitive abilities, a willingness to learn, and data pattern recognition.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred. Exhibit resilience, adaptability, interpersonal savvy, engagement in diverse extracurricular activities, a growth mindset, agility, integrity, and a vision for the future.
