What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Solutions: Develop comprehensive solutions for both consumer and commercial customers, including key national accounts and Fortune 500 companies.
• Fleet Management: Manage a large and nationally recognized fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Business Growth: Actively generate new business leads while strengthening and fostering relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Service Delivery: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by quickly addressing needs and problems to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
• Operational Development: Build a foundational understanding and expertise across various business aspects, including sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology, to effectively manage a local business location.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level role requiring a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Ability and willingness to operate Penske vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck, alongside possession of a valid driver’s license. This position also requires maintaining a current DOT driver qualification file.
• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication, results orientation, strong attention to detail, and efficient time management.
• Bonus: A preferred concentration in Business or Marketing for the Bachelor’s degree, or previous internship or related work experience in a customer-facing capacity.
