This is a full-time role at Whirlpool Corporation, located in Southwest Michigan. This Global Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (GSCLDP) is a high-impact, three-year rotational program designed to fast-track early-career talent. The TL;DR

• Mission: Manage a global fulfillment network utilizing cutting-edge technology, data analytics, and customer-centric strategies.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Diverse supply chain projects across logistics, demand planning, inventory management, transportation, and customer relations management during dedicated rotations.
• Develop: Expertise in procurement areas including direct/indirect procurement, supplier quality, finished product sourcing, and distressed supplier management.
• Champion: Initiatives and present directly to senior leadership during each rotation, building a professional network from day one.
• Drive: Operational excellence and continuous improvement through hands-on training in industry-standard methodologies.
• Partner: With a senior supply chain leader for intentional mentorship, strategic career guidance, and advocacy throughout the program.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Completion of a Bachelor’s degree by May 2027 with a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Operations Management, Industrial or Applied Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance. Must have indefinite US work authorization and access to reliable transportation.
• Experience: Prior internship or co-op experience within supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset for data-driven problem-solving, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas to business partners, and demonstrated personal accountability with strong initiative.
• Bonus: Basic financial acumen, a collaborative leadership style, and a basic understanding of project management or continuous improvement tools.
