What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Operations: Operate business functions and solve problems for customers who rely on you for their success.
• Customer Solutions: Develop and deliver consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Fleet Management: Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development: Generate new business leads and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure complete customer satisfaction through attentive service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Entry-level; internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, results-oriented, attention to detail, good time management skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Bonus: Preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
