What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Solutions: Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Fleet Management: Manage a large inventory of nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development: Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships to drive growth.
• Service Delivery: Ensure complete customer satisfaction in an active, customer-focused environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. This is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates.
• Experience: No specific years required. Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication, results orientation, attention to detail, good time management skills, and a valid driver’s license with the ability and willingness to operate Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Bonus: A preferred concentration in Business or Marketing for the bachelor’s degree.
