What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Solutions: Develop comprehensive consumer and commercial customer solutions, catering to both local and national accounts, which include many of the Fortune 500 companies.
• Manage Inventory: Actively manage Penske’s large inventory of world-class and nationally recognized vehicles, ensuring a balance between fleet productivity, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Generate Business: Proactively generate new business leads while also fostering and strengthening existing customer relationships to drive growth.
• Ensure Satisfaction: Strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and diligent service delivery.
• Run Business: Take charge of operational aspects by thinking fast and moving forward to run a business, quickly solving problems for customers who rely on you for their success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree is a required qualification, with a preferred concentration in either Business or Marketing. This position represents an exciting entry-level opportunity within the company.
• Experience: Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability and willingness to operate Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck. Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, demonstrating initial exposure to client interaction.
• Skills: Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Additionally, strong results orientation, keen attention to detail, and effective time management skills are essential for success in this role.
