The Tone:
This is a full-time role at ServiceMaster Restore®, located 100% remotely. ServiceMaster Brands is a leading provider of residential and commercial services in restoration, cleaning, moving, and bioremediation, operating 4,600+ locations through 3,200 franchisees. This role is crucial in transforming franchisee-submitted claim details into precise, professional estimates using Xactimate or Symbility, ensuring every job is accurately scoped, documented, and prepared for action. What You’ll Actually Do
• Identify Cost Drivers: Determine the factors that influence service pricing, including materials, labor, and job complexity across various restoration projects.
• Develop Estimates: Prepare accurate material, labor, and cost estimates for a wide range of restoration services, ensuring financial precision.
• Manage Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong working relationships with company vendors and contractors to support project execution.
• Track Costs: Compile, record, and reconcile actual job costs to ensure financial accuracy and accountability for each project.
• Utilize Platforms: Access and manage job intake data in R365, MICA Mobility, and XactAnalysis, while creating sketches and estimates in Xactimate or Symbility.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Solid understanding of Water, Fire, Mold, Packout, Contents, Trauma, and Reconstruction workflows within the restoration industry.
• Experience: Proficient in Xactimate or Symbility for creating accurate restoration estimates, demonstrating expertise in estimating software.
• Skills: Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up abilities to manage multiple projects independently, alongside clear and professional verbal and written communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams; high accuracy in documentation, estimating, and project coordination.
