What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service Excellence: Actively engage with customers by taking orders and efficiently processing payments, ensuring every guest receives quick and friendly service.
• Restaurant Cleanliness & Organization: Consistently maintain a high standard of cleanliness by cleaning tables, floors, and other designated areas within the Restaurant.
• Food Preparation & Safety: Diligently follow all proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food, contributing to the quality and integrity of every meal served.
• Team Collaboration & Support: Work cooperatively as a valuable team member, assisting other Crewmembers with tasks and assignments to guarantee seamless service continuity throughout all shifts.
• Physical Operational Support: Regularly perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds, in addition to kneeling, bending, twisting, stooping, ascending stairs, and reaching for items.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level, early career role, welcoming individuals 16 years of age or older who are eager to start or grow their restaurant career.
• Experience: No prior restaurant, customer service, retail, cashier, server, or cook experience is required. This position is entry-level, and comprehensive paid training is provided for every new Crewmember to ensure they are fully prepared.
• Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate a happy, courteous, and enthusiastic demeanor, and be highly responsible and dependable by showing up on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Skills: Exhibit a strong team-player mentality, be consistently hardworking and attentive, show initiative, and maintain an authentic, genuine pride in the quality of your work, even when working under pressure and at a fast pace.
