What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor: Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Patrol: Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Control: Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond: Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Report: Write detailed reports on events and incidents.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED. Authorized to work in the U.S. Early Career.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required, must be able to ace and pass an extensive screening process.
• Skills: Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations, responsive and strong problem-solving skills, able to provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Bonus: Previous Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience, possession of a state security license if required.
