Job Description
Research and Development Intern
Location: Onsite – 5 days per week, Easton
General Summary
The Research & Development Intern will play a crucial role in assisting Lab Technologists and Scientists in various key areas:
- Developing new technologies, formulations, and processes.
- Supporting reformulation efforts for sustaining current products.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing bench formulations.
- Conducting technical performance and product testing.
- Gathering experimental results.
- Analyzing documentation.
- Reporting findings.
Throughout their work, the intern is expected to maintain strong adherence to good laboratory practices and ensure all technical documentation is accurate, organized, and up to standard.
Job Specifications
- Education: High School Degree. College-level courses in physical sciences preferred.
- Majors: Chemistry, Material Science, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or other Science-related majors.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Experience: Familiarity with lab practices and previous work in a lab environment is a plus.
