Jobright.ai is dedicated to transforming the job search experience, evolving it from a solo and time-consuming process into a fast, expert-guided journey through its personal AI job search agent. This role is pivotal for a Product Manager Intern, as it involves conducting vital user research, defining new product opportunities, and collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to launch personalized AI-driven job search experiences. The intern will have the unique opportunity to build real, production AI agents and contribute significantly to shaping how individuals experience job search with artificial intelligence.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct user and market research to identify meaningful product opportunities for AI-driven job search.
• Define: Translate user problems into clear product requirements and define priorities for development.
• Document: Write product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the engineering and design teams.
• Collaborate: Partner with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Analyze: Define success metrics and analyze feature performance after product launches to drive iteration.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific prior experience explicitly required.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical abilities for problem-solving; excellent writing and communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly in a remote setting; strong organizational skills for managing tasks and priorities; ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans; a genuine interest in AI products and user-centered product development; and the capability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team environment.
• Bonus: Previous experience in product management, startups, consulting, engineering, or research; familiarity with user research methodologies, product analytics, SQL, or experimentation techniques; practical experience with design tools like Figma, product documentation platforms, or project management tools; a strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, career technology, or consumer applications; and robust technical curiosity paired with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers.
