What You’ll Actually Do
• Feature Development: Build essential product features that millions of users will interact with daily, consistently sharing updates, progress, and key learnings to stakeholders across the entire business.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with senior product managers to actively contribute to and define overarching product strategy and detailed roadmaps for various features and systems.
• Cross-functional Execution: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, data science, product marketing, and engineering, to accurately write detailed specifications, plan and execute experimentation, and develop comprehensive go-to-market briefs.
• User Insights & Analysis: Conduct thorough user research, actively gather feedback from the community, and meticulously analyze data to precisely identify the evolving needs and opportunities within the creator community.
• Market & Competitive Research: Support comprehensive market research initiatives and perform competitive analysis to gather critical insights that will inform and guide strategic product decisions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Pursuing or possessing an undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: Early career product role focused on developing products and understanding user behavior.
• Skills: User experience design, product feature development, user research, data analysis, cross-functional communication, and presentation skills.
