In this role, you will define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents that power large volumes of live customer interactions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to customers, supporting the evolution, execution, and adoption of concrete AI initiatives.
• Agent Development: Convert business requirements into well-designed, high-performing AI agents.
• Project Leadership: Lead delivery across multiple concurrent complex agentic projects that receive maximum visibility.
• Technical-Business Liaison: Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• AI Agent Optimization: Shape agent behavior through conversational design, product intuition, and performance data, surfacing data-driven action items and iterations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking with hands-on agent design.
• Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects concurrently and rally cross-functional teams toward delivery in demanding environments. Practical understanding of deploying AI reliably at volume, coupled with experience in conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.
• Skills: Solid grasp of software development fundamentals, product management, and engineering workflows, with enough technical depth to collaborate with engineers and product managers. Capable of bridging ambitious product vision and working AI agents, skilled at using performance data to spot issues and iterate. Sharp written and verbal communicator, able to distill complex technical details into clear, actionable language for non-technical audiences, with strong critical thinking and comfort with ambiguity.
• Bonus: An MBA or similar experience combining technology and business operations.
