What You’ll Actually Do
• Skill Development: Gain hands-on experience leveraging new technology while building product management skills in two distinct roles over two years.
• Strategic Leadership: Understand customer and business problems, make strategic decisions, and lead high-functioning tech teams to implement solutions using data and customer insights.
• Product Ownership: Own the success and life cycle of features for your product or platform, setting its strategy and driving prioritization decisions toward improvements.
• Product Partnership: Partner with other product managers to ship, scale, and improve products that delight customers and position the company for substantial growth.
• Collaboration & Influence: Collaborate with internal partners, rally your team to deliver your vision, and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with expected completion by August 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest and experience in product management, software delivery, data science, software engineering, or leveraging software to solve customer and business problems.
• Skills: Strategic decision-making, product prioritization, data analysis, leading technical teams, understanding of technology, and customer empathy.
• Bonus: Preferred majors include Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other related fields.
