Senior Specialist, Product Management – Operational Intelligence Commercialisation | MasterCard
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at MasterCard, focusing on product management for Operational Intelligence products across one of the five global regions. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting the commercialization and sales expansion of Operational Intelligence products, driving adoption, addressing customer needs, and enabling sales through strategic initiatives.

• Team: Collaborates with regional Advisors & Consulting Services (A&CS) teams and the Global Product Management team.
• Mission: Drive product adoption, identify customer pain points, enable sales, and contribute to commercialization strategies for Operational Intelligence products.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Commercialization Support: Collaborate with regional Advisors & Consulting Services (A&CS) teams to support product commercialisation efforts and drive customer engagement.
• Market Opportunity Identification: Assist in identifying short-term and long-term whitespace opportunities and new use cases based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Strategic Go-to-Market: Support internal and external partnership initiatives to accelerate go-to-market efforts and contribute to the creation of region-specific commercial constructs and strategies.
• Product Value & Adoption: Contribute to pricing strategy discussions, help quantify product value for customers, and monitor product adoption and usage metrics to improve engagement.
• Sales Enablement & Content Creation: Develop customer value narratives and case studies to support sales conversations, and partner with regional teams to create and deliver sales training materials.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with a focus on product management and commercialization within technology or data-driven solutions.
• Experience: Prior consulting experience focusing on go-to-market, pricing, and commercialisation, coupled with experience in cross-functional team collaboration and managing multiple priorities.
• Skills: Strong customer orientation, commercial acumen, an analytical mindset for problem-solving, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: An MBA or equivalent experience; prior experience in strategy consulting or product commercialization; exposure to API and AI-based product commercialization; or experience in payments or financial services.
