What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Products: Gain practical experience building new products and honing product management capabilities across two distinct roles over two years.
• Drive Decisions: Interpret data and customer insights to identify business challenges, make strategic business decisions, and direct technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Influence Direction: Partner with other product managers to strategically influence product direction, prioritize features, and actively manage a backlog to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage Features: Own the lifecycle and success of specific product features, defining strategy and prioritizing improvements based on business objectives, market analysis, user feedback, and technology practices.
• Collaborate with Experts: Engage with a network of developers, designers, analysts, data scientists, and customers to build products.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for individuals currently holding or in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree or higher, expected to complete their degree by August 2027 or earlier.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest and experience in product management, software delivery, data science, software engineering, or using software to solve customer and business problems.
• Skills: Product management (including prioritization and backlog management), data analysis for decision-making, business strategy development, and technology acumen.
• Bonus: Preferred majors include Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other related fields.
