Senior Product Manager, Downstream CDx | Boston Scientific
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Boston Scientific, located in a hybrid work model requiring office presence at least three days per week. This role is crucial for overseeing the launch and ongoing marketing of Cardiac Diagnostics (CDx) products, ensuring the company meets its revenue, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives while collaborating across multiple internal teams and with external partners.

• Mission: This person oversees launch execution and continuation marketing for Cardiac Diagnostics products, ensuring revenue, cost, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Portfolio Management: Develop and manage key marketing and business objectives for the Cardiac Diagnostics (CDx) portfolio.
• Launch & Marketing: Execute comprehensive product launch plans and drive continuation marketing activities for in-market products.
• Program Development: Lead the development and implementation of marketing initiatives and partnerships for clinical education and engagement programs.
• Strategic Analysis: Analyze franchise sales trends and perform customer segmentation to drive strategic and tactical decision making.
• Performance Tracking: Develop and define tools and processes for tracking performance of existing investments and lead KPI analytics with dashboards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a focus on product management in the medical device sector.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including downstream marketing experience such as launch execution, product management, and sales engagement for hardware and/or software products.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to develop business plans, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and proven organizational, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Bonus: An advanced degree such as a Masters of Business Administration, experience with medical device regulatory approval processes for electronics and software, knowledge of business development and strategic partner management, and a clear understanding of protected health information security requirements like HIPAA.
