What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Support daily business operations, workflows, and contribute to operational planning initiatives, ensuring efficient functioning and organizational performance.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports and performance summaries, tracking key business metrics and processing updates to inform decision-making.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate various projects and administrative activities, meticulously monitoring deadlines and overall project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Information Management: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and update systems and internal databases while upholding the confidentiality of sensitive business information.
• Process Improvement: Assist with special projects and business initiatives, actively helping to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer support, or general business roles.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, vital for coordinating activities and stakeholder interactions. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure accuracy and address operational challenges. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, is essential for daily tasks. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and comfortable working independently in a remote environment with a professional, dependable, and results-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: Previous administrative or coordination experience; exposure to reporting processes or business operations; experience providing project support; demonstrated data entry and documentation skills; and a keen interest in business strategy and operational improvement.
