• Mission: This person supports the planning, delivery, and provisioning of data centers globally through participation in a supply chain rotation program.
• Tech Stack: Basic data tools and dashboards, standard tools and reports, enterprise resource planning (ERP), material management systems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor Program Performance: Utilize basic data tools and dashboards to oversee program performance, identifying deviations from expected results, flagging irregularities, and preparing visualizations to summarize findings.
• Implement Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the implementation of solutions using standard procedures, providing support for root cause analysis by gathering data and recording observations.
• Support Project Execution: Assist with supply chain project activities under supervision, completing routine tasks to ensure project execution and adherence to timelines, while sharing progress updates and escalating issues as necessary.
• Track Supply Chain Risks: Contribute to risk tracking activities by gathering information and updating documentation for identified issues or mitigation efforts, following guidance to help document risk scenarios and escalate concerns.
• Facilitate Team Coordination: Coordinate tasks by collaborating with team members to support routine communication and issue tracking, participating in meetings, and sharing status updates to maintain alignment among stakeholders.
• Monitor Supplier Performance: Assist with basic supplier performance tracking tasks, updating records and reports to support compliance monitoring, escalating issues, and gathering information for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and corrective action planning.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, for an early-career entry-level role.
• Experience: Zero (0) years of experience with a relevant Bachelor’s degree is required, as this role is part of an early-career rotation program.
• Skills: Ability to analyze data and monitor program performance; capacity to identify and support process improvement initiatives; proficiency in assisting with project execution and coordination; capability to track and document risks; effective communication and stakeholder alignment support.
• Bonus: Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field OR a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and cross-functional program delivery; Certification in Six Sigma; experience with global materials life-cycle management (development, launch, sustaining, and end of life) and start-up/shut-down process management; experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or material management systems and their implementations; ability to analyze, explain, and draw conclusions from complex data across multiple content areas.
