The Tone:
This is a full-time, two-year rotational leadership development program at Siemens, located across various U.S. manufacturing facilities. Siemens is a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare, creating purpose-driven technology that adds real value for customers. This program offers new graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of manufacturing within the Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division, helping them build technical and professional skills designed to accelerate their careers. Participants will contribute to transforming how we live and work by driving energy efficiency and sustainability through technologies like circuit breakers, electrical panels, and switchgear.

• Pay: $80000–$83000 yearly
• Mission: To gain hands-on experience and develop leadership skills across manufacturing operations to ensure electrical products are delivered safely, efficiently, and reliably.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Engagement: Engage in diverse projects and processes across four rotations, each lasting six months, at various Siemens U.S. manufacturing facilities.
• Process Optimization: Improve processes, drive sustainability, and identify the most effective and efficient solutions to complex manufacturing challenges.
• Strategic Contribution: Challenge peers and senior management to think ahead, striving to exceed targets, fuel business growth, and contribute to customer success.
• Manufacturing Engineering: Manage and enhance manufacturing processes, supervising production, fabrication, and assembly lines to drive operational excellence.
• Operational Improvement: Optimize supply chain operations, including material management and planning, or implement new technologies to digitalize manufacturing operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related program, for individuals beginning their professional careers.
• Experience: Must have completed, or will complete, the required educational credentials prior to the program start date in early January 2027, and be legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without the need for company sponsorship.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a strong desire to transform the manufacturing industry through immersion in the manufacturing process; willingness and ability to relocate domestically for each rotation.
• Bonus: Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing setting; prior experience with Siemens and/or Siemens technology; leadership or cross-functional experience through campus organizations, extracurriculars, or employment.
