This Emerging Leaders Program is a selective opportunity for professionals starting their career, offering hands-on experience, leadership development, and direct engagement with business leaders. Participants will contribute to Sonoco through valuable project work while developing essential skills and understanding the company’s culture.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professionals with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Experience: Previous internship experience, preferably in Manufacturing or a functional area, and proven leadership experience.
• Skills: Technical aptitude, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Desire to work in a Manufacturing environment.
