What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Strategy: Establish and execute market and product strategies to drive sales growth and optimize profitability.
• Supply Chain Management: Forecast product demand, manage purchasing, and fine-tune working capital to meet market service expectations.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain key relationships with both suppliers and customers.
• Product Development: Coordinate new product and new market development efforts, linking customer requirements with supplier capabilities.
• Quality & Cost Analysis: Analyze product costs against market pricing, assess customer quality requirements, and implement suggested improvements in product and service quality.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field of study.
• Experience: No prior experience explicitly required, as comprehensive training on products, markets, and inventory management methods will be provided.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, foundational understanding of negotiation, and aptitude for working capital management.
