Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate | Regency Hospital – Cleveland East

What You’ll Actually Do
• Implementation: Assure the implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of the patient’s plan of care for our unique patient population.
• Assessment: Initiate and conduct ongoing systematic assessments of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of both patients and their families.
• Planning: Interpret comprehensive assessment data to develop individualized nursing care plans, including problem identification, nursing diagnoses, nursing orders, specific approaches, interventions, short-term and long-term goals, and comprehensive discharge planning.
• Team Collaboration: Actively participate as a productive and essential member of the interdisciplinary team in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals for our patients.
• Documentation: Ensure that all documentation within the medical record is complete, factual, accurate, and timely, reflecting the highest standards of professional practice.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing. This is an early career opportunity.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required, though flexibility of scheduling is necessary to successfully complete the requirements of the new graduate program.
• Skills: Valid State RN License, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, patient assessment, nursing care plan development, interdisciplinary team collaboration, accurate documentation.
