Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – New Graduation Program | One Medical

• Pay: $131800 yearly
• Mission: Manage a diverse patient panel to deliver high-quality, comprehensive primary care and contribute to transforming healthcare delivery.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Care: Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, managing a broad patient panel with support and mentorship from an onsite clinical Preceptor.
• Service Delivery: Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, and perform occasional telehealth visits as part of comprehensive care.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous professional development through weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical Rounds, and other educational modalities.
• Team Collaboration: Foster ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and communicate effectively with virtual clinical teams.
• Clinical Application: Utilize specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures and obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program with national certification.
• Experience: Graduation between May 2026 and December 2026, and holding an active license in the state of NY or having submitted an application for licensure prior to December 1, 2026.
• Skills: Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care, effective communication with diverse patients and team members, and the ability to use technology to deliver high-quality care.
