Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate | Regency Hospital – Upstate

This is an early career Registered Nurse position at Regency Hospital – Upstate, located in Anderson, SC. • Pay: $37.16 hourly
• Team: Interdisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians and preceptors
• Mission: Ensure the implementation, assessment, evaluation, and follow-up of comprehensive care plans for chronic, critically ill patients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Care Plan Management: Assure the implementation, assessment, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population in collaboration with physicians and your preceptor.
• Patient Assessment: Initiate an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and their families.
• Care Plan Development: Interpret assessment data and information to develop a comprehensive nursing care plan, including problem identification, nursing diagnoses, and short/long-term goals.
• Team Collaboration: Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
• Documentation: Assure that all documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing. Early Career.
• Experience: Valid State RN License required. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at hire. No specific years of experience are required for this new graduate role.
• Skills: Patient assessment, comprehensive care plan development, interdisciplinary team participation, accurate medical record documentation.
