This vibrant development aims to be a lively community that brings people together, offering a unique and engaging experience for residents and visitors alike, integrated with lush greenery. This position is crucial for supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning and professional presentation of the sales gallery, making it a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Relations: Warmly welcome all visitors to the sales gallery, creating a positive first impression and offering refreshments.
• Inquiry Handling: Professionally answer incoming phone calls related to sales inquiries, providing initial information or directing calls appropriately.
• Office Upkeep: Maintain the impeccable organization and professional presentation of the sales gallery and common areas.
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the real estate team, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Reporting: Accurately complete and submit daily reports, tracking key activities and metrics.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates should demonstrate a foundational understanding of real estate operations and terminology, ideally through experience in property management or lettings.
• Experience: Proven excellence in customer service, providing professional, efficient, and friendly support. Demonstrated proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing records, managing databases, and handling correspondence.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients, brokers, and team members. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Competency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, Builder CMS, and Dropbox.
• Bonus: Additional education or certifications in real estate or business administration are considered advantageous.
