• Mission: Supports the Global Proposal Management team by organizing information, maintaining internal systems, and facilitating the review and response process for client Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), CRM system (Salesforce), SharePoint

What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist: Assist team members with questions about proposal processes and internal tools.
• Route: Review new Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and route them to the appropriate proposal team with guidance.
• Organize: Create digital project folders (SharePoint sites) and upload essential documents.
• Update: Enter and update information in the CRM system (Salesforce) and internal workload reports.
• Maintain: Contribute to database maintenance and participate in data cleanup projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree (ideally in business, life sciences, or a related field) is required for this early career position.
• Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word and Excel.
• Skills: High level of attention to detail and accuracy; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Organized and comfortable managing several small tasks or projects at once.
• Bonus: Some prior exposure to the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry is helpful but not required.
