What You’ll Actually Do
• Regulatory Compliance: Build knowledge of industry regulations and the critical role of compliance in a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Laboratory Operations: Work in state-of-the-art quality testing laboratories and manufacturing facilities, mastering analytical techniques such as Wet Chemistry, Chromatography, and Microbiology.
• Quality Assurance: Learn how different elements of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process interact to ensure uncompromised product quality, covering raw materials, intermediate products, finished products, sterility, and environmental testing.
• Quality Systems Management: Dive into quality systems, ensuring the application of GSK quality standards in operations related to deviations, corrective and preventative actions, change control, and documentation.
• Process Improvement: Enhance problem-solving skills through contributing to performance improvement projects using advanced techniques, and work on sustainability initiatives contributing to GSK’s Net Carbon Zero mission.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical science, or a related field of study, with a graduation date by August 2027.
• Experience: Entry-level position designed for graduates without significant previous professional work experience in the area, focusing on applying scientific, engineering, or digital knowledge to manufacturing challenges.
• Skills: Technical Curiosity (in science, quality, and pharmaceutical manufacturing), Continuous Improvement Mindset, Digital mindset (using data and emerging technologies), Problem-Solving Skills, Written and spoken fluency in English.
