• Mission: This person organizes information, maintains internal systems, and helps ensure smooth operations for the development of client proposals.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist team members with questions regarding established proposal processes and internal tools.
• Coordination: Review new Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and route them to the appropriate proposal team members with guidance.
• System Management: Create digital project folders within SharePoint and upload essential documents to maintain organized records.
• Data Entry: Enter and update client information in the CRM system (Salesforce) and internal workload reports accurately.
• Reporting: Run basic data queries and reports, as requested, and contribute to tracking daily activity summaries.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, life sciences, or a related field, is required for this early career role.
• Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word and Excel, is essential.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple small tasks while staying organized.
• Bonus: Some prior exposure to the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry is helpful but not required.
