• Mission: Oversee all aspects of property operations, including resident experience, financial management, occupancy, sales, and administration.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Property Oversight: Maintain the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring an exceptional resident experience.
• Financial Performance: Optimize the financial return and overall financial performance of the property as outlined in the Financial Model/Budget, including aiding in budget preparation.
• Stakeholder Management: Nurture key internal and external stakeholder relationships and manage the property according to operating agreements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Issue Resolution: Effectively and efficiently resolve issues, applying incident management principles for grievances and conflict resolution.
• Team Leadership: Provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to develop a high-performing team of staff.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with proven leadership experience in property management, accommodation, hospitality, student living, or a related service-driven industry.
• Experience: Strong financial and commercial acumen, with practical experience managing budgets, occupancy, and overall business performance.
• Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills, the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders, and demonstrated capacity for incident and conflict resolution.
• Bonus: Valid Police Check + WWCC, Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain), and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
